Customer Care

Once you have submitted and confirmed your order(s) using the TREKAYA website, we will send an email to the email address you provided acknowledging receipt of your order(s) ("Order Receipt Confirmation") and setting out details of the ordered Product(s).

If you would like to amend or cancel your order before you have received your Shipment Confirmation, you must contact the TREKAYA Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Whilst TREKAYA will always attempt to amend or cancel your order for you and, where necessary, prevent dispatch of the Products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed.
